UW Conference Centers offers a variety of audio/visual and meeting room equipment to meet all your presentation needs without sacrificing the comfort of your attendees. Our dedicated staff will ensure equipment is setup, tested and functioning contributing to the success of your event. AV support includes setup, troubleshooting, and customer instruction. If you require dedicated AV in room support, discuss contracting an AV staff person at an hourly rate to support your event.
