At the Pyle Center, our catering staff can satisfy all of your event’s food and beverage needs – from meals to receptions to breaks. Your event planner will help you choose the best option or package suitable for your event.

Planning a catered event can be complex. Let our staff of expert menu planners guide you through your options. We’ll work with you  to find the perfect food and beverage fit for your budget, event schedules, and special dietary needs.

 



To help simplify the conference planning process, we offer special packages which include daily breaks and buffet lunches. Standard break times are 7:30-11:00am and 1:30-4:00pm.



Welcome your guests with a variety of snacks to compliment their meeting. Refreshments delivered to your room will incur a $150 room service delivery fee.



Start your day with one of our special breakfast buffets. Each is accompanied by your selection of fruit juice, coffee and tea. The following are available for groups of 15 or more. We are delighted to offer a wide variety of luncheon options.

Unless noted, dessert is not included in the per-person cost. For food safety and presentation concerns, we allow for 2 hours (continuous) for food service, from the agreed up on food starting time, for any catering event.



Working through your lunch? Choose from the following options, delivered right to your meeting space. Disposables are provided.



We are delighted to offer a wide variety of dinner options for your guests.

Please limit your selection to two entrees per function. Additional entrees may be added for an additional $2.00 per entrée with a maximum of four entrée selections. All dinner menu selections include garden salad, suggested starch pairing, chef’s choice vegetable, freshly baked dinner rolls, and water/coffee service. Unless specified, desserts are not included in the per-person cost.



Our dinner buffets are designed for groups of 25 people or more. Priced per person.



Satisfy your sweet tooth with a delicious dessert. Limit to two selections please. Choose up to a maximum of four desserts for an additional $1.00 per person. 16 piece minimum order.






Choose between a Credit/Debit Bar (guests pay for drinks), a Hosted Bar (hosting group pays for drinks), or a combination of the two. One bar is recommended for every 80 attendees and catering will determine the total number needed based on group size.




Wine service is available at a $75 per hour rate. Premium tier wines are available upon request and constitute a different price. Please consult your event planner for more information.



Choose from a selection of Wisconsin beer. A non-alcoholic beverage option must be ordered as well. The first hour of bartending service is complimentary with the purchase of your barrel. A $75 per hour bartender fee applies for subsequent hours of service.
