At Lowell and Pyle Centers, our catering staff can satisfy all of your event’s food and beverage needs – from meals to receptions to breaks. Your event planner will help you choose the best option or package suitable for your event.

Planning a catered event can be complex. Let our staff of expert menu planners guide you through your options. We’ll work with you and your event planner to find the perfect food and beverage fit for your budget, event schedules, and special dietary needs.

 



To help simplify the conference planning process, we offer special packages which include daily breaks and buffet lunches.



Welcome your guests with a variety of snacks to compliment their meeting.



Start your day with one of our special breakfast buffets. Each is accompanied by your selection of fruit juice, coffee and tea. The following are available for groups of 15 or more. For smaller groups, please consult your event planner.



We are delighted to offer a wide variety of luncheon options. We encourage you to work with your event planner when setting up your menu.

If you need to order for fewer than 15 people, please consult with your event planner to discuss options. Unless noted, dessert is not included in the per-person cost. A separate a la carte menu is available for dessert orders. For food safety and presentation concerns, we allow for 2 hours (continuous) for food service, from the agreed up on food starting time, for any catering event.



Working through your lunch? Choose from the following options, delivered right to your meeting space. Disposables are provided.



We offer a wide selection of dinner entrees and we encourage you to work with your event planner when setting up your menu.

Please limit your selection to two entrees per function. Additional entrees may be added for an additional $2.00 per entrée with a maximum of four entrée selections. If you need to order for fewer than 15 people, please consult with your event planner to discuss options. All dinner menu selections include garden salad, suggested starch pairing, and chef’s choice vegetable, freshly baked dinner rolls and beverage service. Unless specified, desserts are not included in the per-person cost. A separate dessert menu is available.



Our delicious dinner buffets are designed for groups of 25 people or more. For smaller groups, please consult with your ECC event planner. Priced per person. To substitute for a full salad bar, please add an additional $1.50 per person.



Satisfy your sweet tooth with a refreshing dessert. Select from a variety of local options or timeless favorites. Limit to two selections please. Choose up to a maximum of four desserts for an additional $1.00 per person.






Please let your Event Planner know if you prefer a Cash Bar (guests pay for their drinks), or a Host Bar (hosting group pays for guests drinks). Catering management determines the number of bars required based on group size. Standard Bar includes beer, house wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. Full Bar upgrades the Standard Bar with a variety of liquors.





Choose from our selection of Wisconsin beer. A non-alcoholic beverage option must be ordered as well. The first hour of bartending service is complimentary with the purchase of your barrel. A $50 per hour bartender fee applies for subsequent hours of service thereafter



Simple and Sweet! Includes bar service of our Premium House Tier wines. A non-alcoholic option must be ordered as well. The first hour of bartending service is complimentary. A $75 per hour bartender fee applies for subsequent hours thereafter.
